William has been registering trademarks and copyrights for over a decade. He started his career as a Patent Examiner at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office where he was an expert on three-dimensional computer graphics, animation, graphical user interfaces, and image processing. He then joined a patent boutique to do patent clearance searches. Next, William joined another law firm to work on trademark prosecution and litigation. He has filed hundreds of copyright applications and has worked on copyright infringements. Upon moving to Ohio, he joined Frost Brown Todd to work on enforcing trademarks. He founded Lehner Law, LLC in 2020.
