Marianne graduated in the top 19% of her law school class from University of Miami School of Law in 1994 when her children were four and six years old. She worked as an independent contractor for the prestigious Miami criminal defense law firm of Black, Srebnick and Kornspan, P.A., from 1995 through 1999. While at University of Miami School of Law, Marianne was invited to join the Entertainment and Sports Law Review. Marianne is a member of the Wealth Counsel, a national organization of trusts and estates attorneys and other legal, tax and business professionals who design sophisticated planning techniques for individuals and families.
Marianne is very active in numerous national, state and local bar associations and is an Officer of the Suffolk Academy of Law, the educational arm of the Suffolk County Bar Association. Marianne enjoys educating her community about estate planning because she is passionate about helping families create happy and secure futures, obtaining freedom from worries, and peace of mind.
